Eric Wammock Director of Tennis Operations Eric has been working with top level and world class juniors for over 20 years. A Unites States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) member with a P1 rating, Eric was also the Head Men’s Tennis coach of Division I powerhouse Virginia Commonwealth University. Eric’s expertise is biomechanics and strategy and tactics. His teaching philosophy is to allow students’ “personality” to have a place in stroke production, so long as strokes are biomechanically sound, and to create the best use of a player’s skills in designing overall strategies. Eric was a collegiate All-American and played professionally in the early 90’s. Eric has been on Hilton Head Island for nearly 20 years and is married to Sheri. The couple has three daughters ages 15 to 5. Clint Van Aswegen Director of Junior Tennis Clint is a USPTA P1 professional and has been at the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort for over 10 years. Clint has coached top level juniors and professionals throughout his career, including coaching former top 25 touring pro, Joanette Kruger at the 2001 US Open. Clint specializes in rigorous on court drilling with a premium on fitness levels attained. His philosophy is to create players who move better and show higher fitness levels than their opponents. As a collegiate player, Clint played #1 singles and doubles for Division I Marist University. Clint and his wife Susie have one son, Tristen. |
